Kompass Funding Adds Team Members

Kompass Funding, based in Overland Park KS, recently added two new team members to its organization. Tom Joerger joined as a Division Manager and Ben Hagenkord will serve as their lead account executive.

Tom Joerger will be focusing on business strategy and development, as well as client relationship management and process implementation. He has over 10 years of experience in software implementation and support, print and digital marketing, project management, consulting, process improvement, and international business.

As the lead account executive, Ben Hagenkord will be leading Kompass Funding’s direct sales campaign to the cell tower and wireless industry. Hagenkord said he will strive to bring genuine curiosity to each client relationship by listening and understanding a company’s cash flow and funding needs.

“With the implementation of 5G underway, Kompass Funding understands the cash flow strain that slower paying clients can pose on a business,” said Abigail Nolte, Operations Manager. “That is why we created custom funding and invoice financing solutions to help companies get the working capital they need to grow.”
