First and foremost, we are a factoring company. We know running a business can be difficult or compromised when customers take 30/60/90+ days to pay for your services. That is where Kompass Funding can help.
As team members of Kompass Funding, we strive to keep things simple, own our mistakes & celebrate our wins, and finally, be awesome. We hope to be the financial partner that can grow and evolve with your business and ultimately help you execute on your dreams.
At Kompass Funding, we do not want to be your everyday factoring and funding company. We strive to build custom client relationships across our 4 niche services, factoring, reverse factoring, specialty lending, and structured equity. With a breadth of financing options, we hope to provide the financial capital and resources you need to achieve your dreams.
As business owners ourselves, we understand the struggle of finding the funds you need to start your company’s engine and continue to fuel its growth. At times, it can be tight cash flow to pay your workers or funds needed to jump start a new marketing strategy. That is why we care about people first. Our goal is to partner with growth-oriented client’s and bridge their financial gaps to help all stake holders win. In fact, a win-win mentality is one of our company’s core values.
