At Kompass Funding, we strive to build custom funding programs across our 4 niche services: specialty lending, supplier quickpay, invoice funding, and structured equity. With a breadth of financing options, we provide the financial capital and resources you need to achieve your dreams.

As business owners ourselves, we understand the struggle of finding the funds and capital you need to grow. At times, it can be tight cash flow to cover payroll or frequent requests from vendors or suppliers to be paid faster.  That is why we listen to understand your company needs.

Our goal is to partner with growth-oriented companies and bridge their financial gaps to help all stake holders win. Win together is one of our company’s core values. We take this mindset to every relationship and opportunity to ensure we are continuously looking for ways to help all stakeholders shine.

With many financing or funding options available, it can be difficult to determine which solution it right for you.  That is also the beauty of partnering with Kompass Funding. With 4 different services, we can truly understand your business, be curious, and develop a program that makes sense for you and your partners.

Not every service is created equal and that’s why some of our best client relationships can evolve from one service to another.

We want to be the power source behind the growth of our companies. From improving cash flow to strengthening the supply chain, or term loans, we want to alleviate financial stress and elevate businesses to the next level.

Oftentimes, clients come to us searching for capital, but they’re not sure what the best alternative funding solution is for them.  We listen to understand our client’s pain points, goals, and ultimate dreams for their business to find the right solution.

A win-together mentality is the focal point of how we approach every relationship – internally and externally. We strive to ensure every relationship is mutually beneficial for our clients, partners, and us.

The world of financial services can be complex, but simplifying the process helps us build stronger funding programs and trust with our clients.

We celebrate our wins and learn from our mistakes. We believe accountability is key to running a successful business in addition to highlighting the hard work and dedication of those who deserve it.

Our most important asset is our people.  We pride ourselves on hiring team members who care about more than themselves and always strive to be better for our clients, team, and community.
