PARTNERING WITH THE COMMUNITY

Empowerment in Action

At our recent semi-annual happy hour Cocktails with Kompass, Kansas City area professionals came together to support an amazing local organization, Girls on the Run KC. Through their contributions, we were able to fund one full scholarship, supporting Girls on the Run in their commitment to inspiring young girls to build their confidence through research-based programs. Thank you to all who attended and we look forward to our next happy hour in the fall!

We believe it is important for us to engage in the communities our team and partners call home, and make a positive impact outside of day-to-day work in funding practices.

We're committed to giving back.
